Consider arriving at the hotel early to check availability of amenities as many open later in the morning, which can impact your schedule.

Comfy beds and spacious rooms. The indoor pool was awesome, and I loved the clean public restrooms. Restaurants had plenty of delicious options. It's a fun place for families, especially with a theme park nearby! 😊

I loved the clean, spacious public restrooms! The hotel was overpriced with tons of hidden costs, like the gym and pool fees. Seriously, why no air conditioning? 😩

clean public restrooms, spacious bathroom, family-oriented amusement park
Air conditioning needs to be included in the rooms for comfort!!! The remote location makes it hard to find taxis, and the high fees for gym and pool access are a significant letdown!!! More shopping options for families would be appreciated!!! It’s baffling that essentials like toothbrushes are lacking in such an expensive hotel!!!

Had a great time with friends! The hotel is near an entertainment haven with fun attractions like a theme park and bowling alley. The atmosphere was peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day out. We enjoyed some live music and drinks at the lounge. Just a heads up for future guests, taxis can be tough to catch in the morning, so plan ahead!
I faced a bit of a hassle with the robot convenience store since it didn’t accept my foreign credit card. I wished they provided a bit more coffee in the room too.

What they don’t tell you
The rooms are spacious with comfy beds and clean public restrooms that rival private ones. While the hotel offers good food options and a great robot concierge feature, the high prices and gym access fee can be off-putting. It's a pity there aren't more rides for kids at the amusement park nearby.

The outdoor theme park was a blast for the kids! The indoor and outdoor pools were also super fun. My daughter enjoyed the small kids club, Playtime, which kept her entertained. The multiple dining options made meal planning a breeze.

The Superior King Room was spacious and had comfy beds, which made resting a breeze. The amenities were great, and the public restrooms were impressively clean. Wish I could have used the pool, but paying extra for it kinda stinks.
